The judges totally saw it coming. it was so obvious from their 'wierdly positive' comments they gave after last nights performance.

ReplyDeleteNo surprise that she left last night. It's been coming for several weeks now. She rode the wave of some earlier performances that left the judges putting her in a positive light. I never really was a huge fan, and to be honest, I thought at least 10 other contestants who have been sent home already were better than her. I remember being initially shocked when Siobhan even made the top24. She ended up really getting on my last nerve, more so than any contestant. From here on out I will be very sad to see the rest go.
ReplyDeletei don't think she made that great a song choice for the past weeks. i was really hoping that she'd go the bluesy/rock kinda feel like when she sang 'For the City' in Hollywood or Paint it black/ Superstition (live's not so great but studio performances' awesome). There's a gentle tone and timbre to her voice that sounds really good both live and in recordings and you kinda distinctively know its Siobhan.
