COMFORT: 9/10

Well, without a doubt, these lenses, as with my other pair of Geo Tricolor/ 3 Tone Brown, are fairly comfortable. Geo Tricolor lenses are however slightly thicker then normal lenses and even though most times I don't feel them at all, SOMETIMES on the 8th hour or so, I do feel the lenses in my eye's No biggie though if you ask me, and most importantly, does not impair or obstruct my vision in any way.

COLOUR/DESIGN : 8/10

Well, to be honest, after receiving my Grey Nudy Lenses, my hopes of venturing into other grey lenses just sank like the Titanic. I'm not saying that grey lenses are not for anyone, but I think that some grey lenses just turn out bluish and they just do not sit well on my face, especially with my skin tone (I'm pretty tanned, so the bluish greys seem to 'wash-out' my skin tone just a bit.) HOWEVER, THESE BABIES ROCK! I love the colour, its intensity, and subtlety, at the same time. There is a pretty distinctive colour change, yet if I were to reside anywhere else other then Singapore (people here have brown-black eyes period) passer-bys probably would not stop and stare (and look away, and stare again when you’re not looking).

What I also like about Geo’s Tricolor series is that they do not have a very distinctive limbal ring design that makes your lenses look like stickers. Instead, the enlargement comes from the design of the lenses itself, not a thick black ‘outline’ of the actual lens design.

Having said that, as you can clearly see from the photos, the pixilation of the design is not to be desired.

GEO did a pretty good job with the Tricolor Greys.

ENLARGEMENT : 6/10

Well, these are mainly worn for colour-difference and not necessarily for its enlargement factor because there are definately more circle lenses in the market that achieves a much greater enlargement, but for all its worth, they do somewhat enlarge a little, as proven in the photos.

OVERALL: 8/10
Unlike my Geo Tricolor Browns, there wasn't much of a 'culture-shock' for me when I first tried these lenses on since I've previously owned another pair of lenses from the Geo Tricolor series. Definately a pair of grey lenses that one might want to own for a fun night out in the town, a vodkatini in one hand and, well, another vodkatini in the other (sorry, I'm not a smoker, but you can see where I'm going with this =D)
Personally I always believe that it's the subtle changes that make the difference but sometimes, when you take chances, you'll realise that it is not so bad.

Or you might end up with Nudy Greys.

I'm not racist. I just don't like colours.

Two weeks ago, during one of my usual dinner with friends,  I was invited to a double-birthday celebration. Without giving it a second thought I said 'Ok', and within miliseconds I had already confirmed my attendance for the party. I did not think much about it then, and very soon after, as it usually does, the event slipped through my my mind and it was just reduced to being another event that my phone would automatically remind me of, 2 days prior to the actual date.

A week later, as I was routinely checking my facebook account (by the hour), I noticed an 'event-invite' that I had not previously seen. For once, the invite did not seem to be as useless an invite as quizes, Facebook shamelessly promotes. I recodnised the event almost immediately, scrolling down the page, reading the details of which were presented to me. It was the double-birthday celebration that i had been verbally invited to the week before.This time round however, to my dismay, the 'details' included in it stated one alarming fact that I dreaded about parties: tacky party themes, and of all the silly things 'tacky' can represent, this party included the word 'pink'.

People who know me, are familiar with the fact that aside from my artworks, I detest colour, particularly in my clothes. It has not always been that way of course, but quite recently, after years of unsuccessful experimentations and needless to say, exposure with regards to colour and print on clothes, I came to the conclusion that i look best in either black, white, a shade of grey that almost resembles black, greyed,  and muted blues and finally, the lifeliest colour that my skin can handle: Maroon.

I suppose one might think this would definately cut down my time to dress up by a distinct fraction, but one might need to rethink that fact when patterns shades and hues come into play. To top it all off, we have not even begun mentioning about shoes, bags and most importantly, circle lenses.

I just sat in my chair, stunned of the fact that I might have to step out of the warm and cosy comfort that greys and blacks seem to provide me, and step into the world of striking hot pinks, fushia and magenta. I glanced over to my opened wardrobe, and sighed at the sight of greys and blacks staring back at me, as if furious at my possible decision to stray. I shifted my glance back to the monitor screen refreshing my 'window' only to be greeted by another useless Facebook pop up. It was a quiz which reads: "What colour are you?

Like my Nudy Browns, my Nudy Grey lenses are equally as comfortable, no doubt. The only thing 'uncomfortable' about these lenses is that whenever I wear my Nudy Greys, i feel like an alien, or a person who just stepped out of an 'retirement home' trying to 'live up my last few days in town, for a boys nite out.

But yeah, they are comfortable. Not in EVERY sense of the word, but yeah.

So Yes.

Yet no.

COLOUR/DESIGN: 7/10

Unlike my Geo Nudy Browns however, Love-ish the design, Hate-ish the colour.

I'd officially call this shade, 'Cataract-blue'. (How grand a description)

I was hoping that these babies would be a warmer shade of grey, but i suppose I can wear these for halloween, when I decide to go as William Shatner (Denny Crane from BOSTON LEGAL) or one of those Titanic Victims in James Cameron's Titanic.

Like i've always mentioned, every cloud has a silver lining.

Even though this particular lining is a bit rusty.

For a 14.00mm in diameter pair of lenses, Nudies has a pretty noticible enlarging effect, as shown in the pictures above. =D
OVERALL: 7.8/10
Ok. This is the first time i'm kinda stumped. I don't know. I don't hate my nudy greys but i don't love them either. 7 would be too low for these and 8 would be too high. 7.5 would just be too generic. So yeah. People, this is a first! 7.8.
Yeah. I'm really indecisive about these babies.

NEO COSMO GLAMOUR BROWN LENS REVIEW

Neo Cosmo Glamour Brown

COMFORT : 8/10
These lenses are not as thin as my other Geo and EOS lenses, but having said that, i didn't really had that much problems with regards to comfort. HOWEVER (tsk tsk NEO), with Neo Glamour browns, my eyes tend to feel dry after maybe about 7 hours (and I seldom need eye drops with other lenses), which I suppose is ok, since i usually wear them around that time frame.. BUT STILL... =P

(Yet again, I have to mention, its pretty subjective with regards to what you're looking for) I have to say though, of all my circle lenses, I was REALLLLY looking forward to receive these lenses in the mail. Like a little boy who couldn't sleep on christmas eve, or a bulimic who's all disturbed knowing that there is a huge ass Cadbury chocolate bar sitting sinfully in a fridge nearby, similarly, I was all excited, cold sweat and all, despite having owned another 11 pairs of circle lenses (I need to check into rehab or join CLA:Circle Lenses Anonymous)

From the images that i derived online with regards to Neo Cosmo Glamour Browns, I thought these lenses would be a more greyish/cooler brown.

HELL NO. These bitches are orange-ish. It was a major letdown for me. Edward Cullen Fans, I'm glad to FINALLY announce: These lenses are for you.

HOWEVER, behind every cloud, there's a silver lining. Neo Cosmo Glamour Browns does have a really interesting pattern and limbal ring, which i say is interesting enough to keep me interested. heh.

Yesh guys. Really. As you know i'm fickle that way. And I'm Gemini.

To be fair, maybe i was a bit too psyched up about receiving these lenses and as a result, when my expectations weren't met, I was REAAALLLY disappointed.

However, i ain't gonna be a bitch about it because I really love Neo Glamour Brown's limbal ring design even though (once again) I ain't crazy about the shade or brown(ok. lets officially call it the 'Edward-Cullen's-Mysterious-Eyes-Brown' or ECMEB)

If you are not anal about that fact, the lenses will brighten up your eyes most definately, giving it a burst of ECMEB's saturation.
